Thanks to all of those who have supported the actual message behind Footwear Floozy and appreciate that I’m using my love of footwear to raise awareness of organ donation and funds for Harefield Hospital.
I have a full time job and Floozy has developed from what was just a basis to talk about trainers, to an ever growing project of which I have met many amazing people along the way.
Working on this is rewarding as even if just one person signs up to become an organ donor many lives can be saved.
A little gratitude goes a very long way which is often over looked in daily life whether from loved ones or in the workplace.
Be nice whether it’s a compliment to a friend or keeping people on a positive especially to those that never let you down 👌
I know it’s easier said then done especially when you work in certain industries or when feelings are involved.
If anything my amazing Mum taught me to always find a positive in life and if one day I’m anywhere near as accepting and kind as her that would be an achievement.
She never put anyone down or even moaned during the whole time that she was terminally ill trying to stay strong for my Brother and I.
If someone doesn’t appreciate you for who you are, don’t let them walk all over you and move on. You won’t be the first person they loose and they will soon see a pattern repeating until they change their ways.
There is always room for improvement to better yourself.
I don’t generally preach like this but looking back at the last 5 months life is too short to waste on the same old same, set goals, meet new friends at any opportunity, educate yourself in what you love and hopefully one day you can stick your fingers up at those who pissed you off on the way😉
